How to catalogue a ClickView program.

1. Go into catalogue and find another program that has been catalogued.
2. Open ClickView Player and search for the program to be catalogued. Highlight DESCRIPTION. Take note of running time and publisher.
3. In Amlib make duplicate copy of catalogue record.
4. Now make any changes to the information.
5. Update, the go to XReferences and choose Stockitem.
6. Create a new stockitem and the all that needs to be done is to choose F2 and Amlib will creat a new stockitem number.

Pumpkin Soup

This is how to make Pumpkin soup:

1 butternut pumpkin, cut into small pieces.
1 onion diced
1lt. chicken stock (liquid)
black peppercorns.

Put small amount of olive oil in sausepan, add pumpkin and onion and fry lightly. Next add chicken stock and about 10 peppercorns.
Bring to boil and then simmer until pumpkin is cooked.

Put soup through blender - small amount at a time - and puree.

Serve with dob of cream.
